Shrimp & Oyster Festival
May 16, 17 & 18th 2008
A traditional seafood festival along the bay in the historic St. Andrews area at Carl Gray Park. Travel to this event by car or boat. Children's entertainment and activities. Come enjoy our Midway and Amusement rides for young and old. Arts and Crafts from across the nation. Entertainment around the clock.....Opens 11 AM...Carl Gray Park is located at the east side of the Hathaway Bridge, corner of Hwy 98 and Moody Dr., adjacent to Gulf Coast Community College. A donation of $4.00 per adult and children 6 and under are free. Parking is free.

We thank the City of Panama City and Gulf Coast Community College for allowing the use of the park and the college parking area. The boat ramp will remain open to the public at all times during the event.

Southeaster Barbecue Fest Cookoff

This is a sanctioned event (one of only 38 in the USA) for the World Championship Barbecue Contest during Memphis in May, 2007 in Memphis, TN. Enjoy the different flavors of barbecue. Barbecue teams travel the country to accumulate enough points to qualify for the World Championship Contest in Memphis, so they pull out all the stops to put
